Do you mean PS2 Reality Player? If so, it is a ps2 media player that allows you to play avi, divx, and mp3 on your ps2.

and what's the best program to burn the movies so i can i watch them in my ps2.do i have to convert them?

Nero works.
It will only play avi and divx. If it isn't either of those then yes you have to convert it.
