It's a simple enough process...create the image using Clone CD or Alcohol 120%, and then use the program's options to 'mount' the image to the virtual drive(s) that it created.
You will only need to 'mount' the play disk - ie the disk that you normally have to insert when playing the game. I would recommend using Alcohol's virtual drives.
