i dont think i would bother,,,i dont know of any programs out there that will do vcd svcd,,,if your using mpeg1 think of the quality now and think about it if ya compressed it by 50%,,,look bad,,,
svcd are cheap and just as good quality as dvd just on 2 discs what program are you using for svcd?
