Binhack.exe and Ipins.exe for Windows XP?

Are there any variations of the said programs for Windows XP? I've already tried compatibility, and using any loaders (e.g., for bin2boot), will cause unseen and messed up bugs in the Dreamcast game that will prevent booting. So, anyone have any? Or planning to write any? Thanks in advance!

Use "cmd.exe" as the shell instead the classic "command.com". Both of them work (also CDRECORD)
