WHY WON'T MY DC PLAY NERO GAMES

hey, i use nero too, so far i hvae made action replay cdx, game shark cdx, and even the bootdisk from nero (also have one from discjuggler, the only thing discjuggler ever burned successfully for me), and so far the only game i have tried to make is silentscope, and it will not bootfor me either. itputs up the sega emblem like it is going to boot, but it doesnt.. the boot disc didnt help for me either
