I use Evox 1.8.3752 and FlashFXP and get similar results to XxI_Thang_IxX.

Xbox DVD drive to PC: 1,600Kbps
Xbox HDD to PC: 11,000Kbps
PC to Xbox HDD: 5,600Kbps
