I am not sure what the Sniper2 chip is, I haven't installed one personally and none of the sites I use have it advertised.

I'd go for the Magic in this case, although be aware that there are some issues with SOME Magic chips and DVD-9 games.

You can't just order an Apple or Messiah (genuine) and have it shipped internationally?

I'd be VERY wary of this so-called "Accessor" thing.
