You are probably not going to find someone that has the extractor....
Kalisto was able to "rip" this game because they have some of the top programmers in the scene..... They "supposedly" didn't make the rip kit published (or the means they used to down-sample the movies) because of the fear that $ony would increase the protection on games.... Unfortunately... You are out of luck as of right now.....(at least as far as I know...)
