Blitzkrieg help

Hey everyone , maybe someone can help me out. First off I'm a newbie trying this for the first time. I'm trying to make a backup copy for Blitzkrieg. i have taken the cd contents off of the origional and replaced the exe with the fixed one, burned it and it isnt working. Says there isnt a cd in the drive......anyone know what I"m doing??? thanks
