Is my downloaded bios real?

I actually spoke to the guy who chipped my xbox for me and for those of you who may benefit from this I found out the following:

-Can I flash this BIOS using the EVOX.INI?

Yes. I used Slayer's Auto Installer 2.1 and took a risk. It work fine.

-If so, if I download this off a P2P site how do I know if it is real or does the Flash Program check this for me prior to flashing?

I think that it checks the file first before proceeding (not 100% sure on this though)

- If this process fails what would be my recovery process (do I need a special tool to reflash and do I need to remove te chip from the box to do so)?

The only way would be to take it out a reflash. In my case I don't have the tools to do this.
