And also u dont know about customs in INDia
They charge on everything
Man they all r stupid people
My father imported a ice crusher machine SNOWIE hope u would be knowing it
The price of the machine was about 1500$ and he had o pay around 700$ as customs on it
Man the only way i can be saved is that the person should reduce the price when he sends the chip to india
He should put the price around 5$
Hai buddy do u know a good site to order from
Once again r u sure those people installing magic 4 would be able to install M2p and not destroy my PS2
Would it be easy for them to install M2p
ThanK u

If they can install a magic 4 they can install a messiah 2 no problem. Like Headly said, it is almost exactly the same thing.

So from what you said before if you paid $45 for a Messiah chip to get it into India it would cost you a total of $90. What I am suggesting was originally brought up in the Xbox forum. A guy was in Suadi Arabia and could not get an Xbox chip. It was proposed that he have someone put a chip inside a walkman or something and send that to him to disguise what it was. Same could work for you. Pay someone $45 for the chip and like $5 for a cheap walkman and have them send that. I would think that they wouldn't tax a cheap cassette player as much as a messiah chip.

You can read the entire thread here From that thread you can get in contact with anyone who posted. I am unsure what they eventually did. If this is what you decide to try there are a few people around this forum who may give you a hand.

Ya thanks a lot
But think man if the modchip gets caught
It would really cause problem for me
My father told that if the person reduces the price of the chip in the bill( i will pay the original price of the chip but something else written on the bill) to something say 5 to 10$ then i would hav to pay little less custom
But one thing is there if the custom people try to get its original price then surely i would not get the chip
So wat do u say should i tell the person to reduce the price of the chip in the bill

That is also a very good idea. I am sure you could get someone to do it for you. If any question arise then you could just say that you had already received one and damaged it during the install so you talked to the supplier and he cut you a deal on this one. Check your PM!
