THPS2 not copying

ok the problem is that when i start disk juggler it starts fine but then at 4% of the cycle done it starts to read then it spits the cd out like it has finished and askes if i want to make another copy. i have tried everyones setting and stuff but i don't think disk juggler like my cd-rw. when it finishes there is an error though, and even if i cut on ignore read errors it still comes up. it says something about an illegal command desriptor block. could it be my cdi file? i have no idea. this is the only game i have tried to burn and i am going to try a different one when i get it.
