Didja hook everything back up? There are a ton of little jumpers to hook back up.
Pink, white x 2, black, green, orange... then the ribbon jumpers... two on/next to the DVD drive, one for the reset switch assembly, one for the controllers... Then the fan jumper cable... and don't forget power! It's either that, or you bridged a connection, or bent/broke something, or maybe you even blew a fuse (although others could help you better with that). - Gurm
