fixed server

1. what is needed for a (internet server) to be able to let ppl that play on a lan with the same cd keys join it?

2. if its just a fixed exe will the (fixed exe internet server) show up in a server browser like the all seeing eye?

thnx still a great place after all these years (well 2 that i know of

)
