Yes, it is a CD and I have already tried CloneCD. I get a continual 'failed to read sector' message in the log and the percentage bar stays at 0%.

I have 3 cd/dvd drives on my set-up and I get the same message every time. I have no problems whatsoever backing up other cd's (in fact, I backed up and checked Tekken Tag Tournament yesterday).
