Madden 2003 is a dvd game. You can tell several ways. By looking at the back of the box. Toward the bottom you will see either CD-ROM or DVD-ROM. This logo is also on the disc itself. Or you can look on the back of the disc. If it has a blue back it is a cd, if not it is a dvd. Nero can be used to copy both cd and dvd games.
