First of all, what software do you usually use to burn your Audio CDs? If its Nero/Nero Express then do the following:
In Nero Express: Simply Start with the Audio CD template, then put a tick next to the No Pause Between Tracks checkbox. In Nero: Start with the Audio Template.... right click any song on the LEFT window (the songs that will be burnt to cd), Click 'Select All' now right click a song again and click 'Properties', you should see a field called Pause, change it from 2 to 0 and then hit apply and then OK. Now burn the CD. Sometimes you are prompted that the first song must have a 2-3 second gap, select change settings (or something, I cant remember at the moment) and burn. Hope that helps.
