1) There are three ways to do this.
Buy a modchip and solder it in Buy a solderless modchip that you dont have to solder. (this also depends on your XBox ver) Or flash your XBox's TSOP (still need a modchip) 2) I don't think its unstable. I've only had it frezze on me once.
