.bin files

i have and a cue file for a movie and i was wondering what porgram i can use to convert these to mpeg or avi?

Open the .cue file in notepad and make sure that there is NO path to the .bin file shown.
You should have .bin and .cue files in same directory.
Then open CDRWin (Not v5, which is NOT CDRWin) and load the cue file, then just press start recording button.
