Am having trouble burning a game after adding dummy

I am trying to burn Virtual On. I extracted it from cd into bin/cue(it isn't selfboot) and used dummy adder to make a iso and cue output. I cannot burn the outputted file though, says Error: "START DAO RECORDING" failed on device 1:1:0 Cuesheet rejected by cdrom writer.

I know someone who has burnt the same game, using the exact same method....so i'm wondering if it could possibly be my cd writer(hp 9100) or aspi drivers or anything. If anyone could respond i'd appreciate it.
