Well first of all europe aint no country

But indeed u need a step down converter otherwise u fry ur DC. We use 220 volt while NTSC uses 110 i believe. About the TV it should be no problem anymore.. all new TV's are ntsc compatible (even my 10 yr old 63cm TV).

Then the games, they need to be played via converter (DC-X or action replay/gameshark) W/o converter u cant play a pal game in a USA machine or vice versa.
