Read the FAQ on top of this board and you will come to the clue: Noone is able to make a working backup of a Securom New 4.8x protected game.
You can use Alcohol 120% to make image of the cd on your harddrive (select Securom New* 4.8x from the Dropdown-Menu). Burn that image to a CD-R and you will be able to play it on a PC with Alcohol installed (RMPS Emulation have to be swittched on). Or you can mount that image in a virtual drive and play it without a CD (Securom Emulation have to be swittched on).
