System - XP 2400+ on WinXP using WinRAR 3.20 Beta 3

Store Method - 8 minutes - spanned over 13 cds
Best Method - 2 hours 47 minutes - spanned over 7 cds

If u use 700MB splits instead of 650MB you can get it down to 6 cds.
