Due to WindowsXP? You can't build an ISO under WindowsXP?
In any case, if you want to make a nonboot, like the other guy said include the IP.BIN (extracted from first 16 sectors of the data session) and also run hack4 -o 11702 -n 0 -w 1st_read.bin Or it won't work.
