Clone cd image sub..... probs.

Could it be anything 2 do with how I've got the 2 drives set up?
And how should they be set up? ie Motherboard

DVD/CD Writer (slave)
\/
DVD Writer (master)

I cant remember if this is how i set it up , but if someone tells me, i'll check it out
