How do I burn and use Gleam!????

I am new to all this DC stuff, but I thinks it's really cool how you guys are able to do this!!! Okay, I downloaded DiscJuggler 3.0 and Gleam! Now, where do I start? I have a Yamaha 8x8x24 IDE Burner. It would mean alot to me if you could help, thanks!

What we are referring to is not playing your Dreamcast games on Gleam! but actually on the Dreamcast itself. There is a very good post by BIG PAPA that should have everything a beginner needs to know how to start.
