trainer for CM4?

I have opened the files using notepad and it says

"Trainer Notes:

1 - Get loads of money (on)
2 - Get loads of money (off)

Note: to get the money buy or sell something (use only as long as it takes to get the money you need and then take the option off)"


What i don't understand is how does it work?
to me it doesn't seem to work.

any helpful souls can help me?
