When you burn a PS2 Game on DVDR, Will you do these thing at the same time?

Should you stop doing that stuff and see if the problem helps?

Hell yeah.

Unless you run SMP, your single processor can get hung up on a variety of everyday things, which will bork your DVD burn. It's always best to leave it alone.

Also, Systemworks 2003 is a HUGE FESTERING DUNGPILE. I've completely abandoned it. I use AVG for antivirus, Ontrack EZ Recovery for a disc scanner, and O&O Defrag instead of Speed Disk.

NAV 2003 is the worst offender, the rest is just slow and useless.
