Actually, to copy PSX/PS2 cd games, I vastly prefer CDRWin.

It's ugly, it's archaic, but for whatever reason, it makes better PSX/PS2 CD copies than recent versions of CloneCD (still trying to figure out why Olli doesn't include an option to revert to the old interface).
