No, it doesn't if you do not have an internet connection. You just get stuck with the very first training level no matter how good you do. I did an internet search and came up with this list that I hope will work.

Cheats

press the ~ key to get the console and enter a code below

behindview 1 - 3rd person view
God - God Mode
Fly - Flying
Ghost - No Clipping Mode

These will only work on servers with cheats activated



Unlock Online Levels

When the message "Not Qualified" appears press F3 to unlock that level

Hex Cheat (All Courses Done)

Make a backup of this file before changing

Go to the game directory then to the file yourgamename.txt in the \System\Save folder. Now replace the line there with this one

Get All weapons

Bring up the console with the ~ key then type in:

mpcheat changeclass <letters>
