thanks for that rms2001 i cant appologise enough i didn't want people to think i was a prat sending all those e-mails etc.
aol is realy big over here and i've been with them for 2 years now with no problems apart from this, on their part they have been realy helpful but i am seriousley considering dumping them this has caused me a major headache i had well over 500 contacts in my address book and over half were affected. iv'e been writing appologies for over 4 houres.

again if any one here was affected by this i realy can't appologise enough.
