check these settings to get past illegal field error

ignore read errors
raw read/write
eddc

if writing and verifying, turn off verify and only write

i also turned of burnproof

before i did this, dj would quit 10 seconds after starting. now it goes right to the end no problems

4x4 gave me some problems. it got to 99% read, then it got the no seek for a min. or 2. then it put in some dummy blocks and burned away. it works fine no problems so far.
