You don't have to binhack it if your LBA is 11700.
Burn audio.raw as usual: if you get 11700 you're ready to make the ISO WITHOUT binhacking. Just insert the IP.BIN you obtained in that DATA.ISO amd burn it. If you get LBA 11702 then you have problems.
