Unsafesh*t didn't work. Dumper gave "random error", rebuilder gives "something thingy error".

Unsafedisc dumper gave random error, rebuilder created a file called scv2.testme.exe and asked me to test it. The computer gave an error that "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer".

Safedisc 2 Cleaner gave a message saying it wasn't protected by safedisc.

I'm pretty sure that there aren't any other setup.exe's, I checked.
