Well it truns out my XBox wasnt banned. I guess there was a prob with the updating server at the time I was trying to get the update. Went in, pulled my chip, got XBL running and it connected and updated it self. Still going to get a new XBox when it comes times for me to get on XBL. Thanks guys.
