sorry, but there is no way to read a GD-ROM, except in the Dreamcast itself. If you want to make backup-copies, you can do it for example with a PC-DC serial lead (often called the "coders cable"). GD-ROM has nothing to do with DVD.

But beleive me, it's not easy to do. That's also the main reason why most people download DC games instead of copying them on their own.
