Converting Shenmue to a .bin

Converting CDI to BIN isn't all too difficult, there's a utility called CDIRip that does just that, just not in the traditional BIN/CUE format. It converts to both files, but you cannot just load the CUE sheet and start burning as there's an extra track it creates that must be burnt also.
