You have to rip the movie using dvd decrypter or smart ripper to remove the protection first, then you can use Pinnacle. This isn't necessary with dvdxcopy. It copies just like a cd but most movies require the use of two discs though becasue it doesn't compress like Pinnacle or dvd2one does.

pinnacle instant copy
Hi Scyco
Dvd x copy did the job for me I have not find a dvd that i have got, it is almost idiot proof thats why i use it. it will compress if you go in to advance mode you can pick which titals you put in I have fitted 6.7gb on 4.7 disc and i think it would compress more but picture would suffer, but you do get at the begining of the dvd back-up copy. hope this helps Last edited by Yoge52; 27-07-2004 at 18:13.
