Please help. Disc Juggler not working for me

I'm using DJ to burn MSR and JGR and can't get DJ to work. Like it'll go like 5% then spit out the disc.

I have an Iomega zip 650 external. Also, when I put these cds that are spit out back in my CD-ROM drive, they open up into 6 seconds of Windows Media...strange. Of course when I click play for this 6 second thing, it says "Error".

Help needed, thanks.

I use disc juggler as my primary burning software but never had that happen to me. The reason media starts when you put in the disc it "spit out" is because the first session that has to be burn on to a dc back up is audio track. Tell me the version of discjuggler, the game being burn, the name of the burner used and the exact step you take to get DJ to start burning the disc. One more thing, are you sure that the game was exacted right or are you trying to copy a back up? If you are tring to make a copy of a back up I think It would produce the same Type of error.

Yep, I'm having the same problem here with 2 different burners. One is a Creative 4224 and the other is just a generic one that cam with a gateway system. It just burns the innermost part of the CD then kicks it out. I'm making quite a few snazzy looking coasters.

I also have a Creative 4224, mine starts to burn the CDI, gets to 2% and just freezes. I have to hit Abort and like 2 min later it will spit out. With 1mb audio shiz written on it and waste a CD. I need to figure this out, maybe it's the burner. *sigh

ok here you go...most of your problems will be solved if you update your aspi driver to 32
this is a must!!!
goto www.adaptek.com and get the aspi32 driver
if you dont have an adaptek program on your comp though it wont work....so make sure you have easy cd creator.
after you update the driver start trying to burn at 4x..sometimes my DJ kicks out too if im going for fast burns.

if the driver doesn't solve your problems then let me know...i have another one that may help...

before i did this, once i hit start on DJ2.0, it would fail within 10 seconds with illegal field.

this is what i did to get this to work. i post this everyday more than once.

check these boxes in dj2.0

ignore read errors
raw read/write

i turned off burnproof

also if DJ is set for write and verify, turn off verify, and only write

i hope that this helps
