the bin file is not evolutionX. It is replacement bios that the evolutionX team released. Modchips replace the original xbox bios with hacked ones, like the one you have, to boot unsigned code.
The evolutionX you want is basically 2 files. The defualt.xbe and evox.ini file. Check your pm's.
