EPSXE Trouble!

Well i got the videoplugin from this site

I'm working in winxp

one more problem...the game Tenchu2 runs waaay to fast
in EPSXE, when controlling Rikimaru it's like he's an F-Zero vehicle, how can i fix this?

OH and how do i save my game in Epsxe?
