How do I make .cue & .bin (image) files of my ps2 games. I already tried cdrwin, but didnt work...!?

You tried wrong I'm afraid. CDRWin is the correct program - it is in fact the definitive program.

There is some games like Hitman2 & Micro Machines that just wont work :/

If they are copy protected CD games then you must use CloneCD in RAW-DAO+96 mode.

I'm not sure about Micro Machines, but Hitman2 is a DVD game and CDRWIN doesn't work well with DVD games. Use RecordNow Max or Nero.
