Well i know its stupid reply to yourself but i found the solution thx to this guy :
----------> rwdrex <---------- Simply had to open "Battlefield 1942/Mods/bf1942/Settings/VideoDefault.con" and change renderer.allowAllRefreshRates value to 1. Thx dude !
