This sounds an awful lot like a guy I was talking to last night. He wouldn't buy from charlie or dust simply because they don't have a website and he doesn't trust anybody that doesn't have a website.
 I tried to convince him to buy from charlie or dust and that they are safer to buy from than any website, but it was a no go.
