i personally would not even consider that method i backup all of my games to dvd-r, if you do backup the games to the xbox hd and you get a unexpected hd failure (can happed to any pc or other hd) then you'r screwed. it is expensive to buy all the eqpt to backup to dvd-r but in the end it's worth it as you can then back up all kinds of data including dvd movies. just my opinion later dude
