Don´t use CloneCD for Hitman2 - even if it works for some ppl, it is a simple bug in release version of Hitman2 copy protection, i.e. those backups will fail after update for sure!
You should have no problems using Alcohol with its SecuROM4.x profile (including DPM), and write the image to cd-r with RMPS, so backup will work like original if RMPS emulation is enabled (even on computers not having Alcohol installed you can use such backup with Daemon Tools RMPS emulation!).
