at what point do I swap discs (4 disc rip)

The rip kit i used
CD1 contains the australian and the USA rally
CD2 contains the finish and the greece rally
CD3 contains the japanese and the UK rally
CD4 contains the spanish and the swedish rally
You dont actually swap the disc during the game
You just resest your console and boot the next CD and load it.
