burning xbox games

I tried going to the link, but once you go to download the prgram, it just sits there and does nothing.
I'm able to download files in other sections.

Is this utility the easiest one for making backups of my X-box games?
I just want to make copies of the games and use the copies and put my originals away so I don't scratch them up like I do music cd's.
