I think the problem is you've and additional code,
The Asian Code archive lists: D00108C6 1040 800108C6 1000 as the unlock code, the additional D0011536 - 0001 you have isn't listed on there website. Try removing the last code and see if it works. http://www.agscc.com/pscodes/psx_tokimekimomorial2.htm
