it´s protected with safedisc 2 (v2.51 or 2.40 i think)
you can use bOOls eYe´s Safedisc2Cleaner to unwrapp the protection. there are some cd-checks left, but when burning the cd-rom with the original lable you can play the game from a backup cd.
